This note contains a list of tasks/responsibilities that have been listed in older documentation, but I have not yet been asked/required to do. Just keeping here for completeness (perhaps one day you’ll be asked to do it). Please refer to how_to_do.md for the set of tasks that I have done, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to do them.

Note: IT Reps are responsible for the maintenance and update of this documentation.

Task	Reason for not doing yet
Update clubnight session calendar.	Seems to be legacy. I removed the calendar from the site since nobody had updated that thing for years.
Make a Google form and/or poster for trials.	Legacy. The Social Media Officer should handle this.
Update compliance documents.	There are some on the Archive tab. I have not touched them, and have yet to be asked to do so.
Update list of college captains.	Under the College Competitions/College Captains tab. I feel like I should have updated this, but whoever needs to give me that info has not done so. Hence it remains unchanged.
Update cuppers draw.	Under the College Competitions/Cuppers tab. I feel like I should have updated this, but whoever needs to give me that info has not done so. Hence it remains unchanged.
Update sponsors list.	Under the The Club/About the Club tab. I feel like I should have updated this, but whoever needs to give me that info has not done so. Hence it remains unchanged.
Update league/cuppers winners.	Under the College Competitions tab. I feel like I should have updated this, but whoever needs to give me that info has not done so. Hence it remains unchanged.
Update squad leagues that we play in.	We haven’t changed since I joined.
